Don Jon's Fortune Cookies for Madden

Hello everyone this was just a fun little idea to post about as Madden 26 winds down.

AteOne – Chris Jericho

The main inspiration for this post. Ate’s very similar to Chris Jericho because he fought for recognition from the top brass just like Chris Jericho especially in his WCW days. Jericho would take any chance he got to get himself over, and his mentality was he had 30 seconds of television time, that’s 30 seconds to get over. Ate made the most of his opportunities and reach the promise land, just like Jericho winning his titles and getting over.

Prime – Vince McMahon(at least how WWE wants us to remember him)

This one needs little explanation. Both created something special and while Vince McMahon didn’t technically make WWE, he made it to what it is today. Prime made something special and those in it want to keep it special. It can be argued that everyone wants to take Prime down, like how everyone wants to take Vince McMahon down. Prime is just more likable.

Gil – Gilberg/Santino Marella

Hard to pick between the two, so I just picked both. Both were never going to threaten anyone in a match, but they are also very well beloved, just like Gil.

Steel – Bret Hart

In the world of Primer, Steel is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be. Plus Bret Hart is very technical in the ring and did everything with a purpose, Steel is very much like that.

Filthy – Bray Wyatt

Always one of the top wrestlers in the business, just as Filthy is one of the top users in Primer. Plus both have magnificent beards.

Luke – Rico

Both are very gay and love it. Plus they understood their roles.

Luke – Goldberg (for real this time)

Both were seen as juggernauts back in their prime and got too hot too fast. Time hasn’t remembered them too well, and are trying their best to change that narrative.

AJ – AJ Styles

Aside from sharing the same name, both are always seen as one of the best in Primer and SML. When AJ Styles came to WWE he made a huge splash is remembered as one of the top stars in the business. When AJ came back, he took over a very bad team and constantly makes it back to the playoffs.

Spookie – X-Pac

Only because if Bomber was still in Primer, Spookie would never have a chance of returning, similar to X-pac heat.

BWO – Brock Lesnar

The next big thing. Always threatening Steel for the Super Bowl, he even won one. Like Brock Lesnar, BWO leaves teams decimated and lays waste with all of them.

Jonny – Eddie Guerrero

We both lie, cheat, and steal to win. The only difference is Eddie actually wins and gets away with it, I get caught and punished justly for it.

might do more in the future. Just gotta wait and see what the time between M26 and M26 has in store for us.
